Ebony Elmore

Ebony Elmore comes to MEJC with a background in early education, community organizing and public health. Prior to joining MEJC, Ebony served in Americorps as a team lead in River Rouge where she organized community events and spread awareness of environmental justice and how community members can better advocate for themselves and their families. As a community health worker, Ebony spread education and awareness throughout the community regarding the harmful effects of air pollution and disproporationate harms that are brought to downriver communities.
